In addition to having an opt-out link, is it also necessary to put a mailing address of the company on email blasts/newsletters?

Well my website is starting a newsletter campaign, and I need a good program to send it out with.

The reason it’s hard to find is that I don’t want it to use SMTP, but some other method.

I know now eBay users can opt-in to receive email notifications. But I am not sure if users in 1999 automatically received notifications, or they had to specifically sign up for it. Thanks!!

hi … I had a service tech come to my home today who was uncivilized in ways I would rather not list here.

I have contacted the customer service call center but wonder if anyone knows a contact (with email or address) at a higher level to whom I might escalate this issue?

I realize that I may well get ignored, but I would like to at least try to impress upon someone that this behavior went far past inappropriate.

The group was established before Yahoo ID’s were needed I guess. Need email commands the owner can use to add a moderator or pass ownership on to another user. Is there an email command reference list?

My mom’s email account has a virus on it. Whenever she wants to send a message, there is this letter of spam on the bottom about some bank guy in Europe. This is annoying and we don’t know how it got there. Does anyone have any suggestons how this virus can be removed?

ok i got a bulk emailer for newsletters. and i tried it out and it wasnt working. it said it couldnt establish a connection. so i finnaly found that my ISP suddenlink is blocking all SMTP servers but their own. and i forgot my Account username and pw and i dont have any bills that tell me my Account number is there any way to get around them blocking my smtp or is there anyway i can create a new suddenlink acc without having to get all my account number any suggestions plz tell! Thanks

I keep getting links from a couple of people in my address book (of course I don’t click them!) who have stated they haven’t sent an email. We are aware it’s a virus, but we can’t find any detailed info online. What is the best site to research viruses online? Thanks in advance!!!

I get spam through my email all the time even though I mark it as spam. The address changes by a few charactures except for one word that always shows up. How can I filter that word and thus block that email?

I’m trying to change the outgoing name on my email. I’ve changed it in my profile and I’ve seen the responses on other questions where you should go to Mail Option > General and change the From name. I don’t have a From name in my General options. Need assistance please…
