I scanned the subjects of the email in the bulk file, hit the empty butting and was too late when I spotted my friends name on the who the email was from. What steps do I need to follow to go into the spam filter process and rescue my friend’s email address from the spam filter so I can get future emails from her? (sorry, I am a realative techno-illiterate…)

dont think you can,have a look in your trash folder

You send your friend an email and ask them to resend the email. When she does, if it again goes to the junk folder, there should be a “this is not spam” button.

Look in ur trash folder and if its not there than tell ur friend about what happened and ask for it again or ask someone else who also has ur friends email address.

send her an email and tell her you accidently deleted her last email and can she send it to you again. From now on, you must check the bulk file before you delete. I’ve been doing this for several months now.
