Bulk email

This morning I got a spam email, on my phone. I clicked it thinking I can put it in my spam folder. But as soon as I opened it I exited out because I thought it could be a virus. Could it have gotten into my phone? If so, what do I do?

All my phone numbers are in my contact list and I want to send them to my phone. Simply sending them via bluetooth won’t work because it sends them with a format unknown to the phone. Is there any other way? Maybe with a software??
