I have been looking everywhere I want to know because i bought a bread maker but have no bread to make and I would like to buy it by bulk… Anyone know where I can?

I am planning to make a recipe which asks for bulk Italian sausage-first I am wondering what it is exactly and, more important, second if there is a porkless replacement that would work just as well.
