If there is a difference can you let me know…..because i know that if you want endurance and to build hypertrophy then you should do sets with lots of reps like 12 to 15……..but if you want maximal strength and bulk then you should do about 8 reps or less like 4 to 8 or 6 to 8 but whats the difference between mass building and bulk if there is any……..im putting this in the football sections because football players lift the most weight in sports and yahoo doesnt have a bodybuilding section
