Bulk email

Hi, my friend travels around the world often. I have a contact with her by email. I’d like to know where she is sending the mail from by checking her mails to me. I’m using gmail with her and she is using her company mail. Pleae help me out.
More importantly, i’d like to know more about time differences and learn more about the mails. thanks.
