I am a little on the bigger side. I am 6′1 230lbs, but not a really fat guy.
I was wondering what is thebest way to burn the fat without putting on the bulk? Should I be doing light weight at a greater number of reps, or heavier weight at a normal amount of reps? Arethere any excersises that you would recomend to lose my “man boobs” faster?
