We are a mid-sized business growing our customer base. Our emails range from customer assistance to product promotions.

We need to be able to send approximately 40,000 to 60,000 emails a month. We prefer to be able to update our own customer and prospect databases with the opt in and opt out information rather than duplicating the data from our service. And we would like to handle opt-outs per list type, (opting out of product promotions does not stop the regular newsletter, and opting out of the newsletter does not opt the client from service notices.)

Also, called eblast. I want to purchase software that can produce newsletters, templetes, send to mass emails and collect data as well as track incoming and out going emails and information like iContact and Constant Contact which cost $10-$15+ a month. Any suggestions?

I have seen several companies advertising website marketing by means of opt-in emails. Do they really work? and which is the best and trusted one

I need to send a company newsletter to multiple email addresses from my company email account (not yahoo mail). This is a legitimate newsletter and not spam - all email addresses were entered into our website from interested parties.

I need to find software that will send 250 emails in batches of 5-10 at a time to get around the spam filters that might be set up. I know this software exists, I just can’t seem to find it.

As part of my job, I’m in charge of distributing a short online survey to past clients. I have to send each email individually as I am not allowed to use a bulk mail program. Out of over 466 people, only 55 have responded! We have to have at least a 30% response rate so I’m having to send them out again (one at a time!)

I have updated the emails and I am rewriting the message which has to contain a link to the survey. I have tried different subject lines and sending the emails from a gmail account in hopes they won’t be rejected.

A lot of the emails will be sent to Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, and Gmail accounts.

As you can imagine, I don’t want to send these out again only to find that all my hard work has been for nothing.

What should I do? I have to send these out ASAP.
My boss has been calling some of the clients and getting their email address which has not made much difference. I’m hoping that a plain text email with a short but clear message, a simple subject line with “hi” or something will get more attention - I’m also going to send them with a “read receipt” thing. Is plain text better to send than HTML?

I work for a charity in Las Vegas NV and we are trying to supplement our fund raising program by opening a tire shop with our vehicle donation program.

I need to find out where I can buy GOOD used tires for resale in bulk and preferably a regular basis. We are always willing to pay for these tires as well.

Any suggestions on where we can get them or how we can advertise a tire recycling program to start a small stock.
