Bulk email

I have configured my SMTP mail server on Windows 2003 Server, and when I try to send mails to yahoo users, mails arrives in Bulk folder. I have set all DNS records, except spf record. I check my DNS records on dnsstuff.com, it shows that everything is OK. Please advice what can I do for this issue.

I host a website and got pop3 and smtp servers from my web host. I got 2 mailing list consisting of 20000 contacts and I want to contact them monthly, I am looking at some tool which will help me in sending this email.
The only problem with my webhosting, is, I can send only 300 emails per hour, so, can some one please suggest, how I can send HTML emails to my mailing list? I cant send HTML emails using outlook, which seems to be the only option.

Knowing that through the internet I am able to reach an unlimited audience who might be interested in something that I do for business, I would like to kindly ask anybody of genuine and experienced internet marketing experts (gurus) or webmasters to effectively advise me how to set up such an opt-in list generator bearing in mind that I do not have any website but only an ordinary work engagement along with some ideas which I am very enthusiastic and ambitious to develop and expand through a successful online set up that will initially not cost me any investment.

is there like a software (like outlook) that I can use to tie the web based mail to the local software? Also, how can I get all recipients to have their names in the To line without the other names showing. I don’t want to use BCC (sending a newsletter…….honest)

Ok so i want to create a opt in form in my email kina like in the signature where people can join my mailing list how do i do that?

This is a work related question - we regularly send bulk emails to opt-in clients, but our web guy that normally handles this is out today. If I try to send an email to a huge list of people (in the double-digit thousands) is it going to go through? I have no special program to do this - just Microsoft Outlook. Any advice would be very helpful. We have some super exciting news about our company and want to spread the word!
It’s NOT SPAM!!!! Like I said - these are opt-in clients, meaning they all agreed/signed up to get emails from us.

I must do a complete re install of windows 2000. This is because of a severe corruption in the registy beyone what I am able to repair that is causing problems with numerous programs being able to run properly. I am having trouble saving complete personal files for office outlook and numerous other programs. I am trying to find someone who can tell me the easiest way to save the bulk of the mot important information that must remain together. I would also like to know stricktly as a luxery if there is anyway to perserve programs and settings such as anti virus and internet. Anyone with specific detailed information in this area please respond. I need to resolve this issue quickly and will gladly email any further information needed. Thank you.

I always use my own email address in the “TO” and then BBC for anyone else. They always come back in “Bulk” and never come to my “Inbox”. Why must I retrieve my own emails out of “Bulk”?

I have an opt-in list from my eBay stores of 300,000 email addresses.
I want to send, just for one time, a newsletter to all of them.

I dont want to use third party services. I want to send the emails from my home pc.

I’ve got some bulk emailer software, but I am afraid I may get blacklisted.

Are there any safe practices?
