What is the name of the section of the supermarket where bulk foods are sold? The word I want starts with a capital I and its on the tip of my tongue, but I just can’t think of it. Anyone know… ?
I remember now, it’s Institutional Foods section.

I live in New York and I recently discovered a vegetarian way of living. I make miso-soup with shiitake mushrooms but they’re so expensive. Can I get them cheaper online in bulk so I can store them in my fridge?

My boyfriend and I are trying to save money by shopping at BJ’s and Sam’s Club. I know things like bread a meat can be frozen, we also get things like tp and paper towels there, but what other items are good to buy in bulk? And can items like cheese be frozen for consumption later?

I would like to buy some bulk flour and other items for home baking and cooking… but it seems nobody wants to sell those bigger items to individuals instead of businesses.

Any ideas?
