I am still use Yahoo Mail Classic. And I found lately when mark off spam emails, the blocked address list no longer add in those addreses newly marked spam. Does anyone else notice it? or know Yahoo has a better way fighting spam email?

We have never used mass email marketing before but are giving it very serious consideration now. We can get a company to do it for us or we can simply buy databases and an application and do it ourselves. But we’re wondering whether our ISP might get a bit annoyed if we send out millions of emails? Thanks

When I send an Email from Outlook to myself or others at Yahoo with a different smtp, it goes into Spam. Does this mean I need to stop using Yahoo and get an Email addres with that smtp server? Stop using Yahoo? Is Yahoo going to loose clients this way? Or should I use Outlook Express only?
Thanks for your answers. But my own Email addres is in my own addressbook, how many times do I have to mark my own Email address Not Spam? Is It is a problem with Outlook, anybody with Outlook?
I said that Outlook does not work with Yahoo. Outlook Express works fine. And it does not matter if you open up a Spam Email, once you received it it is not returned, that is enough for them to know you got it. My question is; How come my own Email with my own name and everything goes into my own Spam Bulk mail folder in Yahoo. And then OK I should have my own Email address in my Yahoo address book, but even then when I send it with Outlook it goes into my own Spam folder. But how about the people using Yahoo I would want to write to or reply to whom I dont have in my Addressbook yet? Come on, this is crazy. Why does nobody go after the Spammers themselves, instead of disturbing the Innocent? Spammers are there with an Email address, with a website and everything. But instead Yahoo blocks its own paying members. I prefer to have more Spam in my inbox than this.

everyday I receive an email from: ‘no name’ and in the subect line it says ‘no subject’. I would like to block this from my emails but with no address how can I do this? I have spammed over and over again to only have it come back again the next day. And who is responsible for these emails.

How do you make the emails private when sending a block email to a large amount of people?

Got a large amount of people to mail on Hotmail(yes i should leave them) and need to make the email list private so the others cant see who its being sent to..if that makes sense?

I want to be able to block spam, not have it go to the bulk folder. Reporting spam doesn’t work for me, it just generates more spam.
I have the spam filter enabled and I have tried using the filters to block them, but that doesn’t help either since I only can have 15 filters. Even then, it doesn’t block all the emails with the keys words in the filters. I have rechecked the filters to make sure they’re correct but they don’t work very good. I don’t open spam and I have the images blocked. Spam had gotten down to around 20 or 30 a day, then all of a sudden two days ago I had 100 & some. I have not signed up for any newsletters or anything like that that would have my email address on it. It seems that everything I try doesn’t work with Yahoo. Training the filters doesn’t work either. I have had the filters set for several months.
