I have small bussiness yahoo hosting and i want send 50,000 mails daily as my company is totally marketing based. Can I send this much quantity of mail by any software using yahoo smtp server?
ok As u all said I want to ake permission from yahoo to send 50000 mail/per day
but can i send atleast 10000 mails/day without any permission is there any settings or any ***** for that

It is called spam unless the 50000 recipients have signed up to your newsletter.
The best advice that can be given here is for you to talk to the Yahoo business services department and arrange for a proper commercial account. If you use a free or personal/domestic account, Yahoo will almost certainly suspend you for spamming.
You should also be aware that such a large number of emails will create a signiicant number of repsonses. Are you able to cope?

Well I could generate a list of contacts with email for you. are you targeting residential prospects or (companies”c-level” people) to send those emails? I can generate US and Canada list for you at a very cheap price. By doing this they will receive it directly in their INBOX even if they are not regestered in your site. This marketing strategy will really work if the list I generate is exactly what you are targeting or are your target company/people, since they will directly receive the info.
