Looking for free software to capture email addresses on website?

Aloha!

I have a yahoo e-commerce website- and would like to find a free program that allows me to offer an opt in newsletter on my website.

I’d prefer a popup on my landing page.

Anyone know of such a program?

I’m using a pc running XP, Yahoo sitebuilder, and yahoo hosting.

a little piece of advice, 90% of web surfers (your target customers) are annoyed by pop ups and will immediately leave the site without hanging around. it’s kind of like going to look at new cars and the salesman just won’t leave you alone so you can browse. I am an experienced website designer.
