Where can I sell opt-in email addresses? I have resell rights. Any tips? Is setting up a new email address the best way to get rid of a spam problem?
Mar 09

Somehow someone has cloned my email address and is now sending me spam as though Ive sent it to myself. This is happening two both my email addresses. Im concerned that people will think I am spamming them when Im not. How can I contact Yahoo mail about this? Is anyone else having this problem? How do I stop this? Any ideas or help much appreciated. Thanx

You can’t stop it. It just happens. Ignore it (because it won’t go away).

Unfortunately, you can’t do anything about it. It seems the low life spammers will do ANYTHING to get past your spam detectors.

It would be great if we could make it illegal to spam and hang spammers in the public square as a warning to others. Well… That’s a bit extreme, maybe just put them in the stocks like the old days. :-)

I don’t know. We have the same problem at work. Our tech guy said that as long as we carry yahoo, that’s going to happen. When we switch providers, he wants to know so he can put a stop to that.
